GANGYU SERVICES (00265.HK) announced that due to work arrangement adjustments, Chairman and Executive Director Mo Yueming has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, but will remain as Chairman, Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee.
