According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 21st, GANGYU SERVICES (00265) announced that Yao Gang has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director and other roles. Tan Jin Cheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee, effective immediately.

The group stated that Tan Jin Cheng is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for China at PT. TRANS TRIE JATI, an Indonesian commodity trading and logistics company; and serves as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee for the NASDAQ-listed Medi Group Company. He is entitled to an annual director's fee of HKD 150,000. As for Yao Gang's resignation to focus on other matters, he has confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board and is not aware of any matters related to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the stock exchange; and he has not made any claims against the group regarding fees or compensation for losses arising from the loss of his position or any other reasons.
