    SHUNBO's two directors plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 13.729 million shares

    According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHUNBO announced that some of its controlling shareholders and concerted actors, including director Wang Zhenjian and Wang Zengchao, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 13.72899 million shares (accounting for 2.05% of the company's total share capital and 2.08% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special securities account) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding trading

    SHUNBO has added a guarantee of 200 million for its subsidiary, bringing the total guarantee to 858 million

    SHUNBO Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd. announced that it will provide joint liability guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary SHUNBO Sales, with a cumulative guarantee amount reaching 858 million. The company's shareholders' meeting has approved the increase of the guarantee limit from 5 billion to 5.55 billion. SHUNBO Sales has applied for a credit limit of 150 million from China Merchants Bank's Chongqing branch and a financing limit of 50 million from Huaxia Bank. The current external guarantee balance is 3.516 billion, accounting for 110.47% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue or litigation situations

Basic earnings per share were 0.27 yuan. The increase in operating revenue was mainly due to the expansion of scale and a 7.27% increase in product sales
