According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CR BLDG MAT TEC (01313) announced that KPMG has served as the company's independent auditor since May 2023 and will resign after the company's annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on May 29, 2026. To implement good corporate governance and maintain the independence and objectivity of the company's independent auditor, the board of directors and the company's audit committee have reviewed the need to change the independent auditor. After careful consideration, the board of directors recommends not to reappoint KPMG as the company's independent auditor at the annual general meeting of shareholders.

In light of KPMG's planned resignation, the company has conducted a selection process for audit services. Based on the results of the aforementioned process and the recommendation of the audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to recommend appointing BDO Limited (BDO) as the company's independent auditor after KPMG's resignation, subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting
