SEVEN ELEMENTS: Ye Yinan appointed as Executive Director and Chief Compliance Officer

SEVEN ELEMENTS announced that Ye Yinan has been appointed as Executive Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and Company Secretary; Situ Jianqiang has been appointed as Executive Director. The above appointments will take effect on June 2, 2026. On the same day, Zeng Yueying resigned from multiple positions due to other business arrangements, Meng Zhaoyi will take over as authorized representative, and Wen Xiaojian will concurrently serve as the Chairman of the Investment Committee and other positions

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SEVEN ELEMENTS (01660) has announced that (i) Mr. Ye Yinan (Justice of the Peace) has been appointed as the company's Executive Director and Chief Compliance Officer, and (ii) Mr. Situ Jianqiang has been appointed as the company's Executive Director, both effective from June 2, 2026.

Effective from June 2, 2026, Ms. Zeng Yueying has resigned from her positions as Executive Director, Vice President, Chairman of the Investment Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, Company Secretary, authorized representative of the company under Listing Rule 3.05, and authorized representative to accept any legal documents or notices that must be served to the company in Hong Kong under Listing Rule 19.05(2) and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), due to her decision to devote more time to handle her other business commitments.

With Ms. Zeng's resignation, effective from June 2, 2026, the Board has appointed Mr. Meng Zhaoyi, the company's Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, as the company's authorized representative and legal process agent. The company has also appointed Mr. Ye Yinan (Justice of the Peace) as the Company Secretary.

With Ms. Zeng's resignation, effective from June 2, 2026, the company's Executive Director and Acting CEO Mr. Wen Xiaojian has been appointed as the Chairman of the Investment Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee
