Taiwan Fertilizer Co., Ltd. （1722） stated on the 11th that in response to the recent severe impact of the Middle East conflict on global shipping and energy supply, the company's current inventory, along with in-transit raw materials and fertilizers, has reached a safe level, ensuring supply for the next six months. Farmers and users can rest assured and do not need to panic-buy or hoard.

Taiwan Fertilizer indicated that the company regularly monitors and forecasts market prices, bulk purchases of imported raw materials to manage risks and operational costs. Drawing on valuable experience from responding to the global COVID-19 pandemic and the supply chain crisis caused by the Russia-Ukraine war, it has been purchasing raw materials in batches since the end of last year, with deliveries scheduled for the first half of 2026. Therefore, the existing inventory combined with in-transit purchases will ensure domestic fertilizer supply for the next six months and maintain price stability.

Currently, the imported raw materials, apart from the well-known liquid ammonia which has arrived and is in stable supply, are also arriving in succession. Additionally, logistics arrangements include partnerships with suppliers in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia, with transportation routes largely avoiding sensitive conflict areas for better scheduling. Even though the situation in some maritime areas is tense, the transportation of raw materials and the distribution of finished products continue to operate efficiently and are not affected by the war.

Taiwan Fertilizer pointed out that the company's product inventory is sufficient to meet the demand for top dressing after the national spring plowing. It will continue to monitor market price fluctuations and cooperate with government policies to provide the highest quality fertilizers at stable prices, becoming the most solid support for Taiwanese farmers and jointly safeguarding agriculture
