Zhonghuan New Energy (01735) announced that Mr. Tong Dazhao has resigned as the company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange); as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and as the company's representative for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) effective from June 1, 2026.

Mr. Chen Jianeng has been appointed as the company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and the legal process agent effective from June 1, 2026
