A & S GROUP (01737.HK) announced that it expects to record a net loss attributable to the company's owners of approximately HKD 11 million to HKD 15 million for the six months ending September 30, 2025, compared to a net profit attributable to the company's owners of approximately HKD 70,000 for the same period in 2024. This is mainly due to a decrease in the overall cargo handling volume of air freight forwarding ground services during the period and, given the uncertainty of the trade environment, the group needs to maintain a stable workforce to sustain daily operations, so the overall labor costs could not be reduced to the same extent as the decrease in overall revenue and handling volume
