Dr. Yin Luo is Co-Founder, CEO & Executive Director of Beijing Zhongke Wengeai Science And Technology Co. Ltd. Dr. Luo joined the Beijing Zhongke Wengeai Science And Technology Co. Ltd. in March 2017. Dr. Luo has experience in AI related product and business development and management. From August 2010 to May 2012, he served as an engineer at the CASIA. From April 2012 to March 2015, he worked as an engineer in the Operation and Maintenance Department of China Mobile Communications Group Guizhou Co., Ltd. He then worked at CASIA from July 2015 to January 2022, during which he served as deputy chief engineer and obtained the professional title of senior principal engineer in 2021. Dr. Luo obtained a Ph.D in business administration from Beijing Institute of Technology in June 2019.
