Alibaba (09988) rebounded, with its ADR closing 3.8% higher than the Hong Kong closing price at HKD 92.94, contributing 54 points to the Hang Seng Index; Tencent (00700) ADR closed at HKD 418.14, 1.5% higher than the Hong Kong closing price, contributing 27 points to the Hang Seng Index; NetEase (09999) ADR closed at HKD 194.23, 3.6% higher than the Hong Kong closing price. Trip.com (09961) ADR closed at HKD 320.66, 5.1% higher than the Hong Kong closing price; JD.com (09618) ADR closed at HKD 99.5, 3.6% higher than the Hong Kong closing price.

AIA Group (01299) ADR closed at HKD 71.5, 1% higher than the Hong Kong closing price; China Construction Bank (00939) ADR closed at HKD 8.32, 0.8% higher than the Hong Kong closing price; Ping An Insurance (02318) ADR closed at HKD 51.21, 1.3% higher than the Hong Kong closing price. HSBC Holdings (00005) ADR closed at HKD 147.04, 0.4% lower than the Hong Kong closing price, affecting the Hang Seng Index by 9 points.

CSPC Pharmaceutical Group (01903) ADR closed at HKD 6.43, 3.9% lower than the Hong Kong closing price.

The Hang Seng Index night market futures closed at 22,916 points, up 216 points, 244 points higher than yesterday's Hang Seng Index closing of 22,671 points, with a turnover of 12,092 contracts. The night market futures for the China Enterprises Index closed at 7,561 points, 100 points higher than yesterday's closing
