Mr. Marco Di Sebastiano is Head of the Internal Audit of PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk from June 2025 and PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk since October 2, 2025. Mr. Sebastiano established SGe in 2011 as a boutique provider of strategic planning, business planning and execution, tax and corporate structuring, transaction negotiation, entrepreneurial partnerships and venture capital, organizational governance and mediation. Mr. Sebastiano has experience providing specialist taxation and structuring advice. He served as the National Managing Partner of KPMG’s Private Enterprise practice which employed over 500 personnel. He serves as Non-Executive Director at Freestyle Technology Pty Ltd.
