Mr. Adi Adriansyah Sjoekri, BSc, MSc, MBA (Management), served as the President Director of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk from December 2014 to September 21, 2018. Mr. Sjoekri has been Corporate Secretary at PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk since February 07, 2018 and served as its Acting Corporate Secretary from December 13, 2017 to February 07, 2018. He was Director of PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk from June 13, 2025 to April 2026 and serves as its Corporate Secretary since June 15, 2025. Mr. Sjoekri has been an Executive Director at Sumatra Copper & Gold plc since March 31, 2011. He serves as Director of Government Liason Permitting and Forestry at Sumatra Copper & Gold plc. He is the Owner of PT Dwinad Nusa Sejahtera. He has an extensive and solid background in the mining industry, both professionally and academically. Mr. Sjoekri has had professional experience in the mining sector, working with major mining companies such as the Billiton Group, CSR, PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara and PT Newmont Pacific Nusantara, prior to being a Consultant. He is a Member of the Indonesian Association of Geologists (IAGI), Indonesian Society of Economic Geologists (MGEI), Indonesian Mining Association (IMA) and the Forum for Forest Reclamation of Mined Over Sites (FRHLBT). Mr. Sjoekri earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geology from BCAE (Latrobe University), Bendigo, Australia, in 1987 and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines, Golden, USA, in 1998. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Monash University, Jakarta, in 2003.
