YANCHENG PORT announced that the public shareholding has been restored to the 25% requirement of the GEM listing rules. After the share offer deadline on March 21, 2025, the public shareholding once fell to 18.10%. The company has applied for and obtained a waiver from the Stock Exchange, allowing the public shareholding ratio to be restored before June 20, 2025.
