【New Stock Listing】ALEBUND's overseas revenue contribution is significant

ALEBUND's co-founder Xia Guoyao stated that overseas revenue is expected to contribute significantly with high profit returns, focusing on expanding the U.S. market. COO Zhang Huading revealed that AP301 is expected to receive approval for listing in mainland China by the end of next year, with U.S. Phase 3 clinical data to be announced in early next year, aiming for approval in the U.S. by 2029. In the second half of the year, clinical research for three projects, AP303, 306, and 308, will be initiated, and product launches may be accelerated through external licensing

According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 22nd, ALEBUND-B (09637) co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board Xia Guoyao pointed out at a press conference that overseas revenue is expected to make a significant contribution, with higher profit returns. He also mentioned the goal of capturing the U.S. market and performing well locally, with the main overseas operation mode being collaboration with partners.

ALEBUND's Chief Operating Officer Zhang Huading mentioned that in the short term, the focus will be on the listing process of AP301, including the expectation of obtaining approval for listing in mainland China by the end of next year, as well as capacity and medical insurance price negotiation work. It is expected that U.S. Phase 3 clinical data will be announced in early next year, with approval for listing in the U.S. by 2029. Additionally, the company will initiate different phases of clinical research for three projects: AP303, 306, and 308 in the second half of the year.

To expedite product launch times and meet the needs of diseases such as diabetes, Xia Guoyao anticipates that AP303 and 308 will have license-out opportunities to collaborate with large global pharmaceutical companies.

The company stated that AP301 is a phosphate binder used for treating hyperphosphatemia; AP306 is a differentiated polyphosphate transporter inhibitor for CKD patients undergoing dialysis, used to treat hyperphosphatemia; AP303 is a differentiated disease-modifying product aimed at delaying or preventing disease progression in patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), IgA nephropathy (IgAN), diabetic kidney disease (DKD), and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS); AP308 is a differentiated recombinant immunoglobulin A (IgA) protease aimed at achieving functional cure for IgAN.

Among these, AP301 and AP306 are introduced from third-party licenses, while the company's other candidate products are all independently discovered and developed. Meixinluo is a long-acting erythropoietin (EPO) developed by Roche, which has been approved for the treatment of anemia in CKD patients. (rh)
