HIFICHEM plans to apply for a total comprehensive credit line of no more than 600 million yuan from INDUSTRIAL BANK and PSBC, with actual controllers Xu Huixiang and Zang Jie providing gratuitous guarantees. This credit line requires approval from the shareholders' meeting and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. Since the beginning of 2025, the actual controllers have provided multiple guarantees for the company, with a total credit line of 730 million yuan and an actual occurrence of 465 million yuan
