The "Chinese Medicine Development Blueprint" covers services, professional development, cultural inheritance, and global expansion, with eight goals and 20 actions outlined. The initiative seeks to integrate Chinese and Western medicine, improve healthcare quality, and position Hong Kong as a global leader in Chinese medicine. The plan includes regulatory amendments and collaboration pathways, with the first Chinese Medicine Hospital opening in Tseung Kwan O.
