This segment also cross-charters vessels from third parties to serve the needs of its customers; and offers various services supporting the exploration, construction and development, maintenance, production, and post-production phases of offshore oil and gas, as well as chandlery services. The Ship Repair, Fabrication, and Other Marine Services segment provides afloat and dry-dock repair and maintenance of marine equipment, engines, and heavy machines, as well as related marine services.
