The company achieved a total revenue of 1.799 billion yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 16.15%; the net profit attributable to the parent company was 442 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 203.39%; the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 403 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 203.07%; and the basic earnings per share were 0.1546 yuan

DZH: Restructuring application accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

DZH announced that the company is advancing a share swap merger with XIANGCAI, in which XIANGCAI will issue A shares to all A-share shareholders of DZH to absorb and merge DZH and raise supporting funds. On October 23, 2025, the company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of XIANGCAI's application for issuing shares to purchase assets and raising supporting funds.
