    The actual controller of Nanjing Business & Tourism is still the Nanjing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission

    Nanjing Business & Tourism announced that its controlling shareholder, Nanjing Tourism Group, will undergo restructuring, but the controlling shareholder and actual controller will still be the Nanjing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The restructuring will be carried out through capital increase in Nanjing Cultural Investment Holding Group and Nanjing Sports Industry Group, and will not involve changes to the main business of the listed company. In addition to the ongoing acquisition of Nanjing Huangpu Grand Hotel, the controlling shareholder has no other asset injection plans at this time
