BHAS: Subsidiary Bohai International and BTAH plan to file for bankruptcy
BHAS announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany, Bohai International, and BTAH have experienced a decline in orders and operating revenue due to multiple factors, leading to an increasing loss. Recently, BTAH received a notification from a major supplier that it is applying for bankruptcy due to a shortage of funds, and BTAH is unable to find alternative suppliers in the short term, exacerbating its losses and liquidity pressure. The company's board of directors has approved Bohai International and BTAH to apply for bankruptcy to reduce losses and protect shareholder interests. It is expected to reduce the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company by 780 million to 935 million yuan for the year 2024. This matter still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation
