The company achieved revenue of 2.367 billion yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year decrease of 28.41%; the net profit attributable to the parent company was 210 million yuan, turning from loss to profit year-on-year; the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was a loss of 53.52 million yuan; the basic earnings per share were 0.2211 yuan

BHAS announced that on October 14, 2025, its indirect controlling shareholder, Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd., received the "Approval from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality regarding the major asset restructuring of Bohai Automotive Systems Co., Ltd." The approval in principle agrees to BHAS's overall plan to acquire part of the assets of Haina Chuan through the issuance of shares and cash payment, as well as to raise supporting funds.
