The company has signed a counter-guarantee agreement with Xiangjiang Group, with a guarantee amount of 30 million yuan and an actual guarantee balance of 1,169.95 million yuan. The total external guarantees provided by the company and its controlling subsidiaries amount to 2,604.635 million yuan, accounting for 609.90% of the most recent audited net assets. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting
