As of December 28, 2023, a total of CNY 62,000 of "LIZI Convertible Bonds" have been converted, resulting in the issuance of 3,173 shares, accounting for 0.0008% of the total shares issued before conversion. The amount yet to be converted is CNY 599.938 million, accounting for 99.9897% of the total issuance. In this quarter, CNY 11,000 was converted, resulting in 537 shares. The conversion price has been adjusted from CNY 19.47 per share to CNY 18.61 per share, resulting in a total share capital of 390,102,273 shares
