CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR) is Singapore’s first and largest listed business space and industrial real estate investment trust (REIT). It was listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) in November 2002. CLAR has since grown to be a global REIT anchored in Singapore, with a strong focus on tech and logistics properties in developed markets. As at 30 June 2025, its investment properties under management stood at S$16.8 billion.

    CapLand Ascendas REIT's portfolio occupancy rate slightly decreased to 91.5%

    As of the end of March, CapitaLand Ascendas REIT's portfolio occupancy rate was 91.5%, a slight decrease from 92.8% at the end of last year. The occupancy rates in Singapore, the United States, Australia, and the UK/Europe have all declined, standing at 91.6%, 88.0%, 89.2%, and 98.9%, respectively. The rental increase rate for the first quarter was 11.0%, and it is expected that the rental recovery rate for the fiscal year 2025 will be in the mid-single-digit range. The occupancy rate of the Telepark commercial building in Singapore has significantly dropped to 6.0%, while the occupancy rates of Techpoint industrial building and 3 Changi Business Park Vista have improved
