AAOI is one of the stocks supplying an important component of the AI supply chain amongst many. It enables GPUs to communicate with one another both within the rack as scale up and between racks as scale out.
She provides the optic component with copper being the other which has a shorter range and with the next phase beings CPO and NPO, optic providers are getting a lift out of the AI buildout.
Even Credo, a copper networking provider, has pivoted to optics.
I believe AAOI is still being rerated and price is looking like it is consolidating for another big push up.
