Revenue of $3.59B missed the $4.36B consensus by 17.8%, while GAAP EPS of -$0.67 fell far short of the $1.13 mean expectation. Although the International segment showed resilience with a 23.6% YoY gross profit increase, the Americas segment recorded a gross loss of $143.1M. Management anticipates significant cash outflows of $600M-$800M to complete the troubled projects through FY27, which may constrain near-term share repurchases.
