<p>Seven permanent leasehold residential space assets located in Raffles Place, Maris Stella, and Yangon Road are collectively for sale, with a total asking price of HKD 218.5 million. Sales agent Cushman & Wakefield revealed that these properties include serviced apartments, co-living spaces, hotels, and student dormitories, all of which are fully operational and can generate cash flow immediately.
