Space Asset Acquisition Corp. disclosed the completion of its initial public offering in Princeton, NJ, on Jan. 29, 2026. The company, traded as SAAQU on Nasdaq, issued a total of 23,000,000 units in the offering. This figure includes 3,000,000 units that were part of the over-allotment option exercised by the underwriters. The public offering price was set at $10.00 per unit. Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share along with one-third of one redeemable warrant. The warrant allows the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share when the whole warrant is exercised.
