STOCKS | Morgan Stanley Sees At Least 20% Upside in Five AI Sovereignty Stocks
Morgan Stanley said AI sovereignty is critical to national security and economic strength, and that governments are heavily supporting domestic AI infrastructure. According to Sina Finance, the bank said this theme could benefit a group of companies, and it listed five U.S.-listed stocks with at least 20% upside based on its base-case price targets. The report said AI is becoming strategic infrastructure and that governments are prioritizing domestic capacity, trusted partners, and tighter technology controls. According to Sina Finance, Morgan Stanley said the theme requires more local and regional data centers, greater system redundancy, expanded power generation and transmission, local cloud and network infrastructure, and in some cases a parallel technology stack. The five stocks are SpaceX, Amkor Technology, ACM Research, Alibaba Group Holding, and KLA. According to Sina Finance, Morgan Stanley assigned Overweight ratings to SpaceX, ACM Research, Alibaba Group Holding, and KLA, and an Equal-weight rating to Amkor Technology.
