LongPoint Asset Management and Moat Financial have filed a preliminary prospectus for the Moat Active Premium Yield ETF, aiming for a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker TSX: MOAT. The ETF will focus on high income and moderate capital growth through an active put writing strategy on North American equities. This marks the fifth ETF under LongPoint's partnership platform, designed to simplify ETF launches for asset managers.
