    Stake Additions by Q&M Dental, Frencken, Zhongmin Baihui Retail, and Accrelist directors

    During Nov 28 to Dec 4, institutions were net sellers of Singapore stocks, with a S$78 million outflow. Directors of Q&M Dental, Zhongmin Baihui Retail, and others increased their stakes. Q&M's Ng Chin Siau raised his stake to 56.12%, while Zhongmin's Chen Kaitong increased his to 22.02%. Singtel led share buybacks, purchasing 9,072,500 shares. Zhongmin Baihui Retail reported a 79.6% profit surge for FY25, driven by strong outlet mall earnings.

    Accrelist Trims Attributable Loss in Fiscal H2

    Accrelist trimmed its net attributable loss to equity holders during fiscal H2 by 39% to SG$2.7 million from SG$4.5 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange. Loss per share was reduced to SG$0.0085 compared with SG$0.0144 in the comparable period. Revenue declined 23% year over year to SG$6.5 million from SG$8.4 million.

    Accrelist Completes Disposal of Plastic Business

    Accrelist through its subsidiary, WE Total Engineering, completed the disposal of its plastic business to Malaysia-listed Mclean , according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday. In an earlier filing, WTE said it had entered into an agreement with MClean for the disposal of its plastic business for around 6.0 million ringgit.

    Accrelist Unit, Mclean Technologies Extend Conditional Period for Proposed Disposal of Plastic Business

    Accrelit's subsidiary, We Total Engineering, and Mclean Technologies mutually agreed to extend the conditional period for the proposal disposal of We Total Engineering's plastic business to the latter for from Feb. 7 to March 7. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday. Earlier, We Total Engineering had entered into an agreement with Mclean Technologies for the disposal of its plastic business for around 6.0 million ringgit, according to an earlier filing on Oct. 8.

    Accrelist executive chairman raises stake with 100,000 share purchase

    He increased his stake from 26.61% to 26.64%.Accrelist’s executive chairman and managing director, Terence Tea, raised his stake through the purchase of 100,000 shares via market transaction.The shares were acquired at $0.039 apiece.Following the acquisition, Tea’s stake in the company increased to 26.64% from 26.61%. Of this, he is deemed to be interested in 4.359 million shares held by his wife, Aileen Sim.
