Vacation Ownership drove growth with revenue of $907M (+6% YoY) and Gross VOI sales of $693M (+6% YoY), supported by a 2% rise in VPG to $3,318. Adjusted EBITDA grew 8% YoY to $269M, leading to a margin expansion of 70bps to 25.3%. Diluted EPS was $1.72, while Adjusted diluted EPS rose 14% to $1.88, bolstered by $125M in shareholder returns. Management raised full-year FY26 Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $1.065B–$1.085B.
