Notes:
1. Log in to your Wise account.
2. Open the currency account (Note: If the currency account is not available, please add it by selecting the (+) button before continuing further).
3. Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner.
4. Select "Get proof of account details" (Note: If the selection is unavailable, it indicates that your account has not been verified. Please complete the account verification process or contact a WISE representative for further assistance)
Sample of a Valid Proof of Account:
1. Login to Longbridge app and navigate to Portfolio → More → Bank Accounts
2. Click the (+) button, fill in your personal account information as per the WISE proof of account, and upload the proof of account. (Note: If the bank name is not listed in the dropdown menu, select "Other Banks" and enter the bank name exactly as per the WISE proof of account.)
3. Once submitted, the status will update to "Under Review" and is typically processed within one business day.
4. If the review is successful, the bank account status will be updated to "Verified", and you will receive a notification via push notification and email.
1. Once your WISE account is verified, you may initiate withdrawal by navigating to the Longbridge app → Portfolio → More → Withdrawal and select your WISE account as the withdrawal destination.
