My grandfather used to tell me: "Buy land, they aren't making any more of it." Today, I look at NVIDIA and realize I’m doing the exact same thing, just in the cloud.

Compute is the "Land" of the 21st century. If you want to build a business, an app, or a cure for cancer in the future, you need to pay rent on a GPU cluster. We are witnessing the biggest "land grab" in history, but instead of acres, companies are fighting for H100s. The supply is fixed by physics, but the demand is infinite. That is the definition of prime real estate.
