$AMD(AMD.US) crushed the quarter in my books.
Stock still fell ~7% after hours.- Revenue $11.54B, up 50%.- Data center more than doubled to $6.72B.- Q3 guide ~$13B, above estimates.Why did it dump? Below are my reasons and I have no complaints on the crash. - Stock was already up ~140% YTD.- Priced for a perfection, not a clean beat.When a name runs that far, confirmation is not enough. The market wants shock upside like we saw with $Microsoft(MSFT.US) or $Amazon(AMZN.US).
