We are seeing gold rally this morning and right before tomorrow’s inflation data. Speculators are betting on a softer CPI print.
On top of that, hopes for a deal over the Strait of Hormuz are fading now that Trump is asking Iran for reparations. That extra geopolitical risk is giving gold another big boost.
