Cerebras, the maker of giant AI accelerator chips armed with SRAM onboard, announced its latest generation, the CS-4 is made on TSMC’s 5nm manufacturing process, media report. Cerebras says CS-4 servers are up to 30 times faster than servers that use GPUs.
