Context: Nebius Group announced the closing of its private offering of convertible senior notes with aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $5.75 billion. The company also entered into exchange agreements to swap certain existing convertible notes for approximately 15.8 million Class A ordinary shares. Nebius intends to use the net proceeds to finance business growth, including data center construction, AI cloud development, and general corporate purposes.

My Trade: Sometimes not doing anything might be the better thing. It was a risky bet when I bought it earlier on, but definitely one that paid off. Current price is still on the high side for my liking so I'm sitting on the fence for now.

Takeaway: Nebius indeed still has a long track way to grow l, provided they manage their finances well, which would most likely be the case with backings from Nvidia. Perhaps a price below $200 could be slightly more intriguing. @Captain's Treasure
