Context: Nebius is reportedly raising prices across its GPU cloud services, underscoring tight supplies of artificial intelligence computing capacity. The new prices are set to take effect Oct. 1 and cover several Nvidia GPU models, including the H100, H200, B200 and B300. The H100 hourly rate will reportedly rise 16.9% to $4.50 from $3.85. Meanwhile, the H200 rate will increase 20% to $5.40 from $4.50. This would mark Nebius’ second price increase in several months. In May, the company raised prices by an average of 29% for on-demand capacity and 51% for spot capacity.
My Trade: I remain bullish on Nebius for the next 2 years minimally. If the stock pulls back below $190, I will look to purchase more.
Takeaway: The stock is currently trading near its 20-day simple moving average of $217. The moving averages remain in bullish alignment. The 20-day SMA is above the 50-day SMA of $211, while the 50-day SMA remains well above the 200-day SMA of $159. I am watching the $230 level as short term resistance while $195 as a support. @Captain's Treasure
