$Nike(NKE.US)

NIKE CONTINUES TO SHOW SLOWER GROWTH.

- $Nike(NKE.US) beat on earnings with EPS of $0.48 vs. $0.43 expected, but revenue missed at $11.2B vs. $11.32B expected, falling 4% YoY.

- NIKE Direct remained a major weak spot, with revenue down 8% YoY and NIKE Brand Digital sales falling 13%.

- China fell into negative growth at -22% YoY.

The worst part was guidance…

- FY2027 guidance came in well below expectations as Nike expects revenue to decline high-single digits vs. ~2.3% expected, while adjusted EPS of $1.15–$1.35 trails the $1.67 consensus estimate.

The stock is now down 75% over the past 5 years…at some point someone steps in?

Right?

Or does Nike continue to be a value trap?
