Micron Taiwan paid out annual bonuses on Friday (10/30) equal to about 7.5x to 12.5x months of base salary, alongside a Maxout Mass-Production Bonus (20% of annual salary) and a one-time NT$1 million (US$30,655) appreciation bonus for those eligible. Starting in FY2027, a new quarterly profit-sharing scheme will run parallel to existing bonuses.
