$Caterpillar(CAT.US) rose slightly, $BAOGAI(08090.HK) and $Cleveland Cliffs(CLF.US) basically didn't move. The industrial and materials sectors are all moving very flatly. 🙃
Recently, there has been a lack of sector-level catalysts for engineering machinery, specialty materials, and steel. They are moving sluggishly following the broader market's rhythm. The cyclical theme currently has no story to tell, just quietly sitting there.
