Prof. Xiufeng Chen is Chairman and General Manager of Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. since November 2020 and its Director since December 1, 2007. Mr. Chen joined Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. in September 2003. He founded the Group in September 2003. He is primarily responsible for the strategic planning, business direction and day-to-day operations and management of the Group. From August 2003 to 2007, Prof. Chen served as supervisor, director and subsequently Chairman of the Board at Shenzhen Fu Yi Da Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (predecessor of the Company). Prior to these roles, Prof. Chen served as Manager of the Import and Export Department at Shenzhen Sea World Co., Ltd. from November 1988 to December 1990; Head of the Foreign Exchange and Credit Department at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Shenzhen Shangbu Branch from January 1991 to August 1997; and Chairman of the Board at Shenzhen Rongshifa Investment Co., Ltd. from August 1998 to July 2003. Prof. Chen was appointed as a professor by the School of Energy and Power Engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in September 2023 for a three-year term. Prof. Chen obtained his bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in July 1988.
