Mr. Xu Liqiang is Executive Director of Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co. Ltd. from June 19, 2025. Mr. Liqiang joined the Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co. Ltd. in May 2021. Mr. Xu is primarily responsible for the overall management and daily operation of our east China base. Mr. Xu has been a Director since June 2025. He served as Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Senior from May 2021 to March 2022 and as General Manager of Nantong Senior from July 2022 to June 2024. He has served as General Manager of the Company’s East China base since June 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Xu held various roles at Murata Energy Device Wuxi Co., Ltd. from November 2001 to October 2019, including Engineer, Deputy Operations Manager, Vice President and Deputy General Manager. Mr. Xu obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Nantong Institute of Engineering, currently known as Nantong University, in the PRC in June 2000.
