Mr. Qi Zhong serves as Independent Non-executive Director of Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co.,Ltd. since November 11, 2024. Mr. Zhong joined our Group in November 2024. Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Zhong has worked at University of Science and Technology since July 2010 with his current position as a specially appointed researcher. Mr. Zhong obtained his bachelor’s degree in management science from University of Science and Technology in PRC in July 2004 and his doctoral degree in management science and engineering from University of Science and Technology in July 2010.
