Dr. Xu Sun is an Executive Director of Crealights Technology Co. Ltd. from October 23, 2025 and has been its CTO since October 2021. Dr. Sun joined the Crealights Technology Co. Ltd. on January 11, 2021. Dr. Sun is primarily responsible for providing guidance for the R&D, strategy and business development of the Group. Dr. Sun has experience in the research and development of silicon photonics. Before joining Group, he served as a senior engineer at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. from December 2017 to January 2021, where he was primarily responsible for research and product development in the field of optoelectronic technology. Dr. Sun obtained his bachelor’s degree in electronic science and technology from Harbin Institute of Technology in the PRC in July 2009, his master’s degree in optoelectronics and his doctorate degree in materials and nanophysics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden in November 2013 and in June 2017, respectively.
