Dr. Xiaolin Li is Independent Non-Executive Director of Keytop Parking Inc from March 22, 2021. Dr. Li joined the Keytop Parking Inc on March 22, 2021. Dr. Li is primarily responsible for providing independent advice on the operations and management of Group. Dr. Li is experienced in the computer technology. She has served as a professor in the business school of Nanjing University, a reputable comprehensive university in Nanjing, the PRC, since December 2019. Prior to that, from December 2007 to December 2019, Dr. Li successively served as a lecturer and an associate professor in the school of business of Nanjing University. Dr. Li obtained her bachelor’s degree in computer software from Jilin University, China in July 1999. In addition, Dr. Li obtained her master’s degree in computer application and doctorate’s degree in computer software and theory from Jilin University in Changchun, the PRC in June 2002 and December 2005, respectively.
