Mr. Hua Ye is Non-executive Director of Keytop Parking Inc from February 24, 2020. Mr. Ye joined the Keytop Parking Inc on February 24, 2020. Mr. Ye is primarily responsible for the supervision of the management team and the protection of Shareholders’ benefits. Mr. Ye has served as a vice president in Chongqing Gaund Holding Group Co., Ltd., a company primarily engaged in finance business, since November 2018. Prior to that, from August 2011 to November 2018, Mr. Ye served as a vice president in Chongqing Gaund Century Cruises Ltd., a company primarily engaged in tourism business.
