Mr. Zou Ran has been the Chief Financial Officer at Shaanxi Micot Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. since April 2024 and has been its Joint Company Secretary since June 2026. Mr. Ran served as an Investment Director at Hony Capital (Beijing) Co., Ltd. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Hospital Corporation of China since July 2017 until September 2019. He joined the Group in July 2017. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial aspects and operations of the Company. Mr. Zou served as Vice President in Hony Capital since August 2010. From September 2008 to July 2010, he worked at KPMG Huazhen LLP as the Associate. Mr. Zou obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Management in June 2008 from the University of International Business and Economics in China in July 2008. He further obtained his Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in November 2022.
