Mr. Boyke Poerbaya Abidin, B.Sc. is President Director of PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk from June 12, 2025 and serves as its Director since July 01, 2020. He serves as a Director of PT Bumi Suksesindo, President Director of PT Pani Emas Tani Sejahtera and Director PT Batutua Tembaga Raya, a subsidiary of the Company, in addition to serving as President Director of PT Sorikmas Mining. Mr. Abidin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the United States International University School of Business and Management, San Diego, in June 1985.
